Overview

The Trust is looking for a Maintenance Officer to join our busy Facilities Team. The Maintenance Officer for the Lancashire Wildlife Trust (LWT) will provide support at our LWT sites across the North West. All sites vary in complexity from simple office spaces to a state-of-the-art floating visitor centre, and each has their own systems.

Responsibilities
  • Support maintenance across LWT sites in the North West.
  • Develop expertise in the systems and processes used across sites.
  • Build effective working relationships with peers, contractors and volunteers to deliver a successful maintenance schedule.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Practical experience in maintenance.
  • Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner.
  • A commitment to becoming an expert in the relevant systems and processes.
