The Maintenance Manager / Planner will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of all equipment, facilities, and infrastructure within and around the Packhouse. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, supporting lean manufacturing principles, and minimizing downtime.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.
- Relevant trade qualification is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years as a qualified artisan, with electrical expertise suited for production environments.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, refrigeration, boiler making, and rigging.
- Experience in the agricultural or packhouse industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Solid electrical planning, wiring, fault-finding, and maintenance expertise for motors, drives, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.
