Maintenance Manager (Or Couple if partner is Strong Lodge Manager or Front of House)
Our lodge is uniquely situated near Graaff Reinet with a size of 27,000 ha. The Reserve has two 5-star lodges and a major infrastructure.

Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager that will ensure a high standard in the maintenance of the Reserve and Lodge infrastructure. The successful candidate must have experience as a Maintenance Manager with a relevant skill set in all aspects, which include:

1. Vehicles
2. Buildings
3. Machinery
4. Roads

Requirements

1. Building maintenance skills
2. Construction of new buildings
3. Plumbing
4. Working knowledge of electricity 220V– 380V
5. Vehicle fleet maintenance and workshop stock control
6. Ability to manage a staff complement of 20 plus personnel
7. Good sound computer knowledge (Microsoft)
8. Electric fence working knowledge
9. Road construction and maintenance
10. Solar pumps and water reticulation
11. Driver’s License with PDP
12. Relevant Qualifications an advantage

Salary / Package

R20,000 - R30,000 for the Maintenance Manager. Benefits include salary that will be market related and in conjunction with relevant qualifications and industry experience, accommodation provided on-site, provident fund, company vehicle, uniform. Partner paid separately. The lodge will accommodate a family if partner is a Lodge Manager.
