Maintenance Manager

One of our clients in KwaZulu-Natal is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their personal care manufacturing company!

The requirements are as follows:

1. Matric with a pass in Mathematics and English
2. Minimum of 5 years as an Engineer, Fitter and Turner, Electrician or as an Artisan
3. Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role; leading a team of 3 or more people
4. Ability to train and pass on knowledge
5. Experience in FMCG and high-speed packaging lines
6. Fault analyses and diagnostic skills
7. Quality awareness
8. Electrical experience is advantageous
9. PLC experience is advantageous
10. Own transport and valid driver’s license
11. Be available to work overtime and night shifts on a rotational basis
