Job Description

Role Purpose: To manage the Island View Maintenance organization comprising the Mechanical, E&I, Civils, Tankage & Maintenance Services Teams.

Ensure that the reliability and availability targets of the Terminal are met via the maintenance processes.

Key Accountabilities / Objectives

• Define clear vision for the team in alignment with key stakeholders and develop strategies to achieve it.
• Ensure maintenance of all Island View assets to meet business goals.
• Develop staff in the Maintenance organization aligned with team deliverables.
• Plan routine work and outages.
• Develop and deliver the Tankage plan.
• Execute maintenance projects resulting from improvement campaigns.
• Manage routine and program maintenance of all Island View assets.
• Oversee vendors providing maintenance services.
• Identify and implement Reliability programs and projects.
