We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations in our client steel fabrication facility in Centurion.

Minimum requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in overseeing maintenance operations, with a minimum of 5-8 years in steel fabrication or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent; trade certifications.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication machinery.
• Experience with CNC machines, welding equipment, cranes, hoists, and other steel fabrication machinery.
• Develop and oversee the maintenance department's budget, covering costs for spare parts, consumables, labor, and contract services.
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and standards like OSHA, ISO, and relevant local laws.
• Manage partnerships with third-party contractors, suppliers, and equipment vendors for outsourced services or specialized repairs.
