Job Description:
  1. Management of the buildings' maintenance programmes.
  2. Oversees the maintenance team's progress and inspection duties.
  3. Project planning and management: Oversees activities and work of contractors.
  4. Manages daily operations and assists with resolving challenges.
  5. Collecting quotes and paying invoices.
  6. Reviewing SLAs.
  7. Managing municipal accounts.
  8. Planning: Annual budget.
  9. Providing monthly maintenance reports.
  10. Health and Safety responsibilities, including:
  • Maintenance and administration of company safety policies and procedures.
  • Managing and maintaining the I-Manage H&S System across all sites.
  • COIDA registrations.
  • Conducting and assisting with risk assessments of buildings and sites.
  • Conducting incident/accident investigations.
  • Performing annual H&S audits.
  • Presenting H&S inductions to new staff.
  • Preparing H&S committee meetings.
  • Serving on the COVID-19 committee.
Qualifications:
  • A relevant qualification is advantageous.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
