2. Possess a trade skill such as joinery, plumbing, or electrical work, or have extensive experience in daily maintenance and DIY.
3. Enjoy decorating and maintaining buildings.
4. Have a full driving license, own transport, and tools.

Experience
This role is subject to receipt of two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
