Maintenance Engineer position available for Animal Feeds Production Plant

POSITION INFO : MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

1. Leading a Team to Ensure the Best Technical Solutions are Identified & Implemented.
2. Assisting with Prioritising Activities to Achieve Maximum Benefit to the Organisation, communicating with various Levels Within and Outside the Organisation.
3. Developing and Application of Good Engineering Standards & Practices and the Carrying out of Technical Audits.
4. Providing Engineering Expertise in order to Ensure Smooth & Optimum Performance of Plant Machinery.
5. Carrying out Problem Solving, Failure Root Cause Analysis & Provision of Solutions & Preventative Measure.
6. Engaging in Projects from Conceptualisation to Implementation & Commissioning.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL QUALITIES / SKILLS

1. Minimum Grade 12 plus BSc-Engineering / BSc- Engineering (Mechanical) / B-Tech.
2. 3 Years Mechanical Engineering Maintenance at a Supervisory Level.
3. A strong engineering background with strong aptitude for Mathematical Modelling; Theoretical Base in Mechanical Engineering.
4. Pay attention to details and be approachable, positive attitude and self-motivated, Must be an analytical thinker.
5. Demonstrate good leadership & interpersonal skills, be able to work efficiently, be Honest, reliable, assertive and good team player.
