Requirements :
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Maintenance Coordinator.
- Valid South African Passport.
- Excellent employment references.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Additional courses in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Asset Management, CMMS Training, Health and Safety (e.g., NOSA, NEBOSH), Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, CAPM), or Supervisory/Leadership training are advantageous.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Willing to relocate to the Middle East.
Responsibilities :
- Schedule and oversee maintenance tasks to ensure proper servicing and operation of equipment and facilities.
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
- Assign tasks to maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Monitor maintenance requests and track progress using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, equipment history, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient service and minimal downtime.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during maintenance operations.
- Track inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies; initiate procurement when necessary.
- Monitor equipment performance and support asset management strategies, including replacements or upgrades.
- Assist in maintenance budgeting and cost control.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Support and train maintenance staff in procedures, documentation, and safety practices.
