Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is seeking a Maintenance Controller in Midrand to lead the maintenance team and ensure reliable operation of plant equipment. The role focuses on preventive and breakdown maintenance, scheduling, CMMS management, and adherence to SHEQ and GMP standards.

The successful candidate will drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and coach technicians to improve performance and technical capabilities within the maintenance function.
