Maintenance Contracts Manager

37 hours per week – Flexi

Salary: circa – £49,500 per annum

About The Role

We’re looking for a Maintenance Contracts Manager to oversee our response maintenance contracts and develop Clanmil’s in-house repairs service. The role focuses on delivering high performance and customer-focused services to our tenants.

About You

You should have a relevant qualification (or equivalent experience) and a strong background in asset management, staff supervision, and responsive repair services. Experience managing budgets, contracts (including NEC3 or similar), and compliance in housing or similar sectors is essential. Knowledge of public procurement regulations, negotiation skills, and social housing sector experience are highly desirable.
