Responsibilities

Job Overview: Check that tools are in good working order. Greased bearings, clean panels and machines. Attend to call-outs with Artisan when necessary.

• Check if tools are in good working order and safe to use (at start and finish of shift)
• Hand right tools to the Artisan when necessary
• Grease bearings, clean panels and machines
• Check connections
• Blow out machines
• Complete assigned maintenance work
• Attend to call-outs with Artisan when necessary

Housekeeping

• Ensure area where Artisans had been working is clean
• Ensure workshop is clean

Safety

• Always wear safety gear (PPE)
• Aware and adhere to food safety standards

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• 12 months relevant experience
• Technical Qualification
