Job summary

Reddam House Constantia, part of Inspired Education Group, seeks a reliable and motivated individual to join our Support Services Team. This hands-on role involves helping with events, stock control, and maintaining a safe, clean school environment for students and staff.

Ideal candidates will understand safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies, with a strong work ethic and eye for detail. Flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Keeping Children Safe in Education and their responsibilities for Safeguarding
• Understanding of Health and Safety regulations as they relate to the operation of maintenance of equipment andMaterials
• Understanding of the School’s ethos and values
• Understanding of school policies and willing and able to work within these
• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable, quick‑thinking, and professional in handling unexpected challenges.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order in the work environment.
• Previous experience in event setup or support services is an advantage, but not essential.

• Participate in stock taking and ensure accurate record‑keeping of equipment and supplies.
• Handle, maintain, and store all items correctly.
• Support the wider team in delivering efficient and effective service operations.
• Provide assistance to the cleaning team during school holidays or special events.
• Follow daily schedules and school policies diligently.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
