Qualifications

• Knowledge of IBM Mainframe/MVS/CICS/JCL and COBOL.
• Experience with SQL and at least one modern language (.NET/Java/Python/C#).
• Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office; FTP basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for a specific application or group of applications, including problem analysis, fixing, testing and release according to SLA.
• Ensure change control documentation is completed and signed off prior to release.
• Analyze, code and test modules from design specifications; ensure results meet objectives.
• Produce documentation and support testing.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues; ensure accuracy of data fixes.
• Collaborate with team, manage workload and assist teammates as needed.
