Job Responsibilities
- Policy Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, participate in training sessions, and source answers to queries daily and as required.
- Process Compliance: Maintain understanding of processes, implement correct procedures, and address concerns daily.
- Team Support: Support the team in meeting targets and maintaining quality standards by understanding project objectives and targets.
- Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate steps and deadlines, communicate priorities and expectations to team members.
- Financial Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities, maintain accurate financial records, and process invoices accurately and timely.
- SHE Practices: Implement and review SHE practices within deadlines, understand required actions, and ensure compliance with SHE standards and practices.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, provide and receive feedback, and collaborate effectively.
- Service Provider Relationships: Monitor service levels, identify concerns, and implement corrective actions monthly and as required.
- Team Contribution: Participate in team events, support team needs, engage actively, and be an active team member daily.
- Self-Development: Identify development areas, source activities, obtain approval, and complete activities successfully.
