About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for NLP tasks.
• Implement and fine-tune state-of-the-art NLP architectures (e.g., Transformers, LSTMs).
• Process and analyze large volumes of text data, including cleaning and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate NLP models into production systems.
• Evaluate model performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in NLP and deep learning.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of NLP-specific data pipelines.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements for language-based AI features.
• Optimize NLP models for efficiency, scalability, and deployment constraints.
• Document models, code, and experiments clearly and comprehensively.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering with a focus on NLP.
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts, techniques, and libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with text data preprocessing, tokenization, and embedding techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services is a plus.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and evaluation metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, suitable for a hybrid environment.
• Experience with MLOps practices is beneficial.
