Duties & Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement cutting-edge BI models to enhance decision-making.
• Use Python ML and AI to analyze large datasets and optimize performance.
• Design and maintain a scalable data infrastructure for real-time analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data governance compliance and quality across all analytics functions.
• Present insights and shape strategy for senior stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• 5 years of experience in data science, BI, or analytics.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn) & data visualization tools.
• Strong experience with SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar databases.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis, ML, and data modeling.
• Ability to build a data function from scratch and drive innovation.
• Strong communicator; able to translate data insights into business impact.
• Leadership experience or the ambition to build and manage a team.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in credit risk modeling, alternative credit scoring, or financial data analysis.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure).
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, and Looker).
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
