Job description

We are seeking a skilled M365 Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be Johannesburg-based, have their own reliable transport, and bring 4-7 years of IT systems training experience. This role focuses on internal / in-house training, ensuring our team members are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools and related IT systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

The candidate will need to conduct in-house training covering:

• Microsoft Office / M365 products such as Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint (must know basic / intermediate / advanced);
• OneDrive
• MS Teams
• Adobe Acrobat DC Pro (advantageous)
• Adobe Sign (advantageous)
• Intapp (advantageous)

Other responsibilities include:

• Set up training for induction on the 1st and 15th of each month;
• Collate and organize IT systems training responses to invitations;
• Create a register of attendees;
• Gather feedback from trainees after courses;
• Update and amend course materials as needed with new content from recordings and manuals;
• Create new content as required;
• Provide feedback to the Service Delivery team regarding training issues;
• Travel as required.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• IT Diploma or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field;
• Johannesburg-based with reliable transport;
• 4-7 years of IT systems training experience, specifically internal / in-house training;
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.);
• Proven experience in designing and delivering IT training programs;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills;
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage training initiatives.
