LYDENBURG - PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE
Job description
Morgan Group Lydenburg is looking to appoint a Parts Sales Executive to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to achieve gross profit as set by the dealership and manufacturer to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Parts Sales Targets are met.
- Assist customers in finding the spare parts they are looking for.
- Handle parts invoicing.
- Read catalogues to determine new parts on the market.
- Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions.
- Locate other vendors who have the part if it isn't carried in the dealership.
- Take payment for purchases and dispense change.
- Take inventory of stock and replenish when needed.
- Take orders over the phone.
- Mark and store parts in stockroom according to a prearranged system.
- Answer customers' questions or problems.
- Receive and deliver parts to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction on purchases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
