We’re excited to announce the opening of a brand-new luxury showroom in Paarl – and seeking for a Showroom Manager with vision, leadership, and a flair for interiors to lead this exciting new space and team.

Our client is more than just a leading supplier of premium fabrics, rugs, wallpaper, and homeware – built on excellence, passion, and creativity. Since 1987, they have grown to 19 showrooms nationwide and a thriving online store.

About the Role

As the Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience, driving sales, and leading a passionate team in our newest location. You’ll be the face of the Showroom in Paarl, ensuring that the showroom runs smoothly, meets targets, and upholds our reputation for outstanding service and design.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales performance and exceed customer expectations

• Lead, motivate and develop a dynamic showroom team

• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and immaculate showroom presentation

• Build strong client relationships and uphold the Luxury brand experience

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience (interiors industry a plus)

• At least 2 years in a team leadership or management role

• Passion for décor, interiors, and customer service

• Energetic, driven, and solutions-focused

• Excellent administrative, organisational, and interpersonal skills

• A National Senior Certificate & Sales/Marketing qualification is advantageous
