A luxury homeware company in Cape Town is looking for a Luxury Showroom Manager to oversee showroom operations, drive sales, and build customer relationships in high-end furniture and homeware. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or the interior design sector, and possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.   • Own reliable transport & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain showroom operations by coordinating deliveries and managing stock.
  • Build productive relationships with customers by advising in the showroom.
  • Support field sales by assisting internal sales consultants.

LUXURY- SHOWROOM Manager High-End Furniture & Homeware Interior Finishes

Location: Paarl - Cape Town

Salary: R20 000 - R28 000 (depending on experience) + Comm & Benefits

Market Sector of high-end architectural design, finishing fabrics, textiles, and high-end decor. Specializing in exclusive products, directed for Architects, interior designers, and discerning homeowners seeking sophisticated, high-quality fabrics and furnishings.

Requirements
  • National Senior Certificate
  • Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design/Decor or related field advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in retail in a similar role, same or related industry
  • Exposure to an interior design environment
  • Experience of coordinating the operational aspects of a shop or outlet is an advantage
  • Own reliable transport & valid driver license
  • Be assertive with drive and ambition
  • Be decisive and able to prioritize
  • Ability to cope in a high-paced and high-pressure environment
Main Duties
  • Maintain showroom operations by maintaining the set showroom standards, coordinating deliveries, manage stock of cuttings, sample hangers and books, coordinate events etc.
  • Build productive relationships with customers by advising and selling to customers in the showroom and handling internal and external complaints and queries
  • Support field sales by supporting the internal sales consultants
