Hiring: Sales Representative Consultant/High End Luxury

Location: KZN/Durban – Areas/Ballito, Umhlanga & (Northern Surrounds)

Salary: R38 000 - R43 000 (depending on experience) with benefits.

Availability: Full-time | Every second Saturday

Main Purpose of the Role

Promote and sell premium furnishings, finishes, sample books, and partnership programmes. Build lasting relationships and grow your customer base in your allocated region while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build strong client relationships and provide expert advice
  • Visit clients on a structured call plan
  • Present and promote new ranges and partnership programmes
  • Manage sample books and ensure clients have up-to-date selections
  • Identify and follow up on sales leads and business opportunities
  • Attend industry exhibitions and events
  • Assist in account management, payments, and customer care
  • Collaborate closely with Sales/Area Manager on feedback and operational support

Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate - mandatory
  • Certificate/Diploma in Sales & Marketing (advantageous)
  • Valid Driver’s License (Code B)mandatory
  • Fluent in English + 1 other SA language
  • 3+ years in a sales role (retail or wholesale preferred)
  • Interior Design knowledge/experience – a strong plus
