Job summary

Browns Jewellers, a proudly South African family-owned luxury jewellery business established in 1934, is seeking a Luxury Sales Associate to join our Pretoria boutique team. You will deliver personalised client experiences, present fine jewellery collections and build lasting relationships to drive repeat business.

We offer a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission, robust training, and the opportunity to grow within the Browns family as you master the art of luxury selling.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

What You Bring

• While an undergraduate degree is preferred, we value enthusiasm, ambition, and a talent for sales above all.
  
• Experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage, but if you have the right drive and presentation, we’ll provide the training you need.
  
• A flexible schedule is key, as our boutique thrives during peak retail hours, including weekends
