Job summary

Browns Jewellers is seeking a Luxury Sales Associate to join our South African boutique. You will blend sales ability with exceptional client service, product knowledge and a passion for luxury to create memorable client experiences.

You will build relationships, present collections with confidence and work toward targets, earning uncapped commission as your performance grows. Training and growth within a proudly South African, family-owned brand awaits.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred, but enthusiasm, ambition and sales talent are valued above all.
• Experience in retail or luxury sales is advantageous; training will be provided if needed.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends to support boutique hours.
