Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a luxury lodge, hotel or similar hospitality setting.
• Complementary strengths and the ability to work effectively as a management couple.
• Confident leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• A calm, practical approach to resolving challenges.
• A genuine passion for guest experiences and luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across the lodge and keep departments working smoothly together.
• Lead; motivate and support the team, setting a positive example through hands-on involvement.
• Build warm, professional relationships with guests and respond thoughtfully to their needs.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and property upkeep.
• Manage operational administration, planning and stock control.
• Work closely with the wider management team to meet operational and service goals.
