Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D rendering tools.
• Knowledge of luxury/upmarket furniture brands, product specs, and client needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical ability across projects.
• Industry knowledge of design principles, trends, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Create design plans, layouts, and presentations.
• Conduct site visits to measure spaces and gather data.
• Prepare drawings: CAD layouts and 3D renderings.
• Collaborate with clients and advise on furniture selections to meet design solutions.
• Promote and sell premium furniture, meet sales targets, and build client relationships.
• Document specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
