Job summary

Craven Cottage CC is seeking an experienced hotel finance professional to manage reconciliations, month-end close and management reporting. You will support the Finance Manager with packs, variance analysis and cash flow inputs, while ensuring compliance with finance procedures across a luxury hotel environment.

Ideal candidates hold an accounting/finance qualification with 3–5 years in hotel finance, including Protel PMS and Sage experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years accounting experience, preferably in hotel finance.
• Protel PMS and Sage experience essential.
• Strong Excel, reconciliation, month-end and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review reconciliations, journals, accruals, prepayments and month-end schedules.
• Support the Finance Manager with management accounts, reporting packs and variance analysis.
• Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, debtor follow-up and creditor reconciliations.
• Reconcile revenue, banking, PMS and POS related reports.
• Monitor internal controls, approvals, filing, audit readiness and compliance with finance procedures.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, cash flow inputs and owner reporting packs.
• Support pre-opening finance preparation, system readiness and data clean‑up.
