Radisson Hotel Group in South Africa is seeking a qualified Health & Skin Care Therapist to join our luxury spa team. You will perform face and body treatments, recommended home-care, and uphold SOPs while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

With at least two years in a spa or hospitality setting, you will manage bookings, handle payments, and uphold hygiene standards in a multicultural environment, contributing to memorable moments for every guest.

Qualifications

• Qualified Health & Skin Care Therapist with nationally recognised Diploma (minimum 2-year course).
• Experience required of at least 2 years in a luxury Spa or Hospitality environment. (Previous experience at a Resort environment or Cruise Ship is advantageous)
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Responsabilités

• Be able to follow through Radisson Hotel Group and SPA services and SOP.
• Uphold standards of hygiene and sanitation as per health and safety regulations.
• Work to specific treatment allocations within the required time frame of the treatment.
• Adhere to all treatment protocols at all-times avoiding error in treatment.
• Assist in all areas of the Spa operations as requested by management.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of the numerous modalities, possess a general understanding of all Spa Services offered, including special offers and promotions.
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environment.
• Handle guest’s questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Possess the ability to work without supervision.
• Minimize or eliminate losses through negligence by adhering to monitoring programs.
• Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or guest in the Spa that require attention.
• Booking appointments and responding to all enquiries done either in person, over the phone or via email
• Handling of payments for treatments and daily cash-up procedures and other basic administrative duties
• Possess excellent communication skills to ascertain and provide solutions for all the guests needs.
• Project enthusiasm and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Be a positive and self-motivated team player.
• Able to manage workload in order of priorities.
• Ensuring all operational procedures are met, and standards of appearance and codes of conduct are adhered too.

Formation

Qualified Health & Skin Care Therapist with nationally recognised Diploma (minimum 2-year course)

Experience required of at least 2 years in a luxury Spa or Hospitality environment

English proficiency (reading, writing and speaking)

Confident and competent to perform all face & body treatments and home-care recommendations
