Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' general handyman experience with pool servicing.
• Experience cleaning, filtration and maintenance of swimming pools.
• Knowledge of pool chemicals and basic electrical repair.
• Familiarity with pool pumps, filters and heating pumps.
• Hotel or property maintenance experience is advantageous.
• Able to communicate accurately and timely to ensure speed and quality of services.
• Must work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Ability to capture data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Attend to pool related issues and basic maintenance.
• Vacuum pools when dirty to keep sparkling.
• Report pool issues and leaks and record readings daily.
• Test pool water daily.
• Maintain facilities and equipment around pools.
• Perform duties with minimal interruption to guests and service.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Minimize loss of tools and supplies.
• Adhere to Health and Safety standards.
