Our client is a well-established company that provides a wide range of services in the Built Environment with a focus on consulting and turnkey construction. The company operates across multiple provinces and undertakes a wide scope of projects.

Job Description

In this position you will be office based and reporting to the [insert title]. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Foresight of project risk and proactive mitigation thereof.
• Contract Bill of Quantities.
• Contract administration.
• Site Measurement.
• Interim Payment Certificates.
• Agreeing and negotiating Final Accounts.
• Cost Reporting.

Scope of Projects: Tertiary / University facilities with some Commercial and Industrial projects.

Qualifications

• B-Tech / BSc Quantity Surveying (minimum), however, a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying is preferable.
• Candidate MUST be registered with The SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (non-negotiable).
• 2 Years' post registration experience (preferred).
