• Source and Purchase Lucerne: Identify and purchase high-quality lucerne from suppliers from an established local farmer base.
• Sell Lucerne to Customers: Develop and maintain relationships with customers to sell lucerne, ensuring prompt delivery and excellent customer service.
• Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends, prices, and competitor activity.
• Risk Management: Manage trading risks, including price, credit, and operational risks.
• Collaborate with Logistics Team: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of lucerne to customers.
• Administration and system management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trading activities, including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Meet Sales & Strategic Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in lucerne trading or a related field.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local lucerne market, including market trends, prices, and competitor activity.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
