Property Loss Adjuster – South-East England/ LondonJoin Our Team!

Are you ready to handle a variety of claims and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Property Loss Adjuster with a strong background in Domestic and Commercial claims to join our remote team.

What You'll Do:

• Manage Claims: Handle claims of varying complexity and value.
• Invoice Processing: Approve estimates within 5 working days.
• Documentation: Complete site note templates and associated documentation promptly.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure data is accurate at all times.
• File Management: Proactively manage files to reduce timescales.
• Fraud Detection: Identify and refer possible fraud cases.
• Client Reports: Prepare and approve reports for clients.
• Customer Updates: Keep clients informed according to SLA’s.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Business Opportunities: Refer identified opportunities to Davies Group.
• Out of Hours Calls: Handle calls via a pre-set rota.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: High level of Property Loss Adjuster experience.
• Qualifications: Working towards professional qualifications at a diploma level.
• Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management.
• Flexibility: Ability to work nationally and on standby during busy times.
• Education: 5 Grade A-C’s GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English.
