Overview
To manage and oversee the company\'s stock and logistics operations, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory, timely procurement, and efficient coordination of vehicle maintenance and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Order Management: Create, process, and track purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and movement using Excel spreadsheets
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate stock for promotions and special projects
- Logistics Oversight: Track incoming and outgoing orders
- Ensure proper documentation and delivery schedules
- Manage logistics-related queries and resolve issues promptly
- Vehicle Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and monitor vehicle services and maintenance
- Maintain service records and ensure compliance with company standards
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on stock movement, order status, and logistics performance
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in stock control and logistics (preferably in a clinical / medical environment)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management systems
