We are looking for a Stock and Logistics Controller for a Clinical/Medical Company, Pretoria

Overview

To manage and oversee the company’s stock and logistics operations, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory, timely procurement, and efficient coordination of vehicle maintenance and promotional activities.

Location: Brummeria, Pretoria

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management
  • Create, process, and track purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities
• Inventory Control
  • Monitor stock levels and movement using Excel spreadsheets
  • Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies
  • Coordinate stock for promotions and special projects
• Logistics Oversight
  • Track incoming and outgoing orders
  • Ensure proper documentation and delivery schedules
  • Manage logistics-related queries and resolve issues promptly
• Vehicle Maintenance Coordination
  • Schedule and monitor vehicle services and maintenance
  • Maintain service records and ensure compliance with company standards
• Reporting & Analysis
  • Generate reports on stock movement, order status, and logistics performance
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience in stock control and logistics (preferably in a clinical/medical environment)
