Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience advantageous.
• Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Process customer orders efficiently and ensure on-time delivery.
• Receive, inspect, unpack, and record goods in the ERP system.
• Process stock withdrawals and maintain inventory records.
• Organise stock takes and inventory reconciliations.
• Drive Standard Work practices and a 'Right First Time' quality culture.
• Ensure products are delivered to customers on time and in line with quality expectations.
