VACANCY – LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
Job Opportunity: Logistics Supervisor
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Flexible Packaging Company is looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee and streamline all our warehouse operations.

We are a leading flexible packaging manufacturer based in Cape Town, specializing in recyclable packaging solutions. We supply the retail, food, banking, and clothing industries, and pride ourselves on quality, sustainability, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Logistics Supervisor , you will take full accountability for the day-to-day management and performance of our warehousing function, including:
• Raw Material Stores
• Work-in-Progress (WIP) Stores
• Finished Goods Stores
• Consumables Stores
• Managing and developing a team of Stores Assistants
• Ensuring accurate stock control and inventory management
• Streamlining receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
• Coordinating internal movement of materials to support production schedules
• Implementing and enforcing health & safety and housekeeping standards
• Developing and reporting on key metrics (e.g., stock accuracy, turnaround times, space utilization)
• Working cross-functionally with production, procurement, and sales departments
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a logistics or warehouse management role, preferably in manufacturing
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with inventory systems
• Ability to drive process improvement and maintain stock integrity
• Knowledge of ISO/ FSSC standards and good manufacturing practices an advantage
