This position is crucial for business growth, requiring someone who is highly motivated, adaptable to adversity, and capable of handling high-pressure situations while consistently over-delivering in terms of output and execution.

Responsibilities :

  1. Lead Conversion: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partners. Focus on driving measurable results through effective sales techniques and strategies.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that promote business growth.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Track key sales performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and revenue forecasts. Generate reports to communicate sales progress and results to stakeholders.
  5. Problem Solving: Independently address and resolve sales challenges, making high-quality decisions when faced with obstacles in conversion.
  6. Experimentation and Reporting: Test new sales approaches and strategies, analyze results, and report findings to refine and improve the sales process.

Requirements :
