Performit Personnel is looking for an experienced Logistics Process Engineer in South Africa, Oos-Kaap, to improve operational efficiencies within the logistics framework. This role plays a pivotal part in analyzing existing processes and leading improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance supply chain performance.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Logistics or related fields and at least 3-7 years of experience. Your strong analytical skills will drive logistics solutions for cost savings and increased productivity.

Competenze

• 3–7+ years in warehouse operations, logistics engineering, or supply chain optimization.
• Proven experience in warehouse process reengineering and cost reduction initiatives.
• Knowledge of IoT, RFID, and AI-based warehouse solutions.

• Supporting new client implementations throughout the network.
• Designing processes and layouts for increased productivity and cost savings.
