Job Description

What are you going to do?

  1. Order handling: Receives and processes orders from internal and external customers, checks, packs, and/or distributes the required materials and/or equipment to customers and the required location, either in cooperation with warehouse staff or directly, to ensure efficient, timely, and correct delivery.
  2. Outbound goods and transport planning scheduling: Ensures that goods and materials are transport-ready, including dispatch/delivery papers and accompanying documents for drivers. Supports and provides input into routing and scheduling vehicles based on customer requests to meet expectations and optimize scheduling.
  3. Systems and Administration: Executes the intake and distribution of materials and/or equipment in relevant systems, registers hours, and maintains logistics administration to provide reports for stakeholders. Ensures order handling, quotations, administration, IT systems, and master data maintenance align with Nutreco standards.
  4. Customer satisfaction: Manages customer relationships, ensuring all requests are handled appropriately to maintain confidence. External customer satisfaction and positive feedback are key.
  5. Continuous improvement: Monitors, measures, benchmarks, and evaluates logistics processes, tools, and systems. Initiates and implements improvements for ongoing optimization and alignment.
  6. Compliance: Ensures adherence to operating, safety, quality, risk, and health regulations.
  7. Other duties: Performs various warehouse, logistics support, administrative tasks, and special projects as assigned.
