Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Logistics, SCM, IE or Statistics.
• 3–5 years in logistics analysis, network design or supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data modeling ability.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Familiar with transportation and warehousing operations.

About the Role

Our client, a major player in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a talented Logistics Network Analyst to join their team in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. This analytical role focuses on optimizing the company's logistics network, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and improving efficiency across all transportation and warehousing operations. The analyst will be responsible for data analysis, modeling, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance network performance. Requirements

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data modeling and simulation tools.
• Expertise in Excel, SQL, and preferably experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with transportation and warehousing operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
