Duties and Responsibilities :

Client Acquisition :
  1. Identify and target potential clients in the designated sales territory.
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business.
  3. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Relationship Management :
  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and propose customized solutions.
  3. Grow existing business and cross-sell with existing clients.
  4. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Presentations and Proposals :
  1. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  2. Create detailed proposals outlining services, pricing, and value propositions.

Skills and Qualifications :

  1. Grade 12 / Matric Qualification non-negotiable.
  2. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
