Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee international logistics operations (Imports & Exports – Air and Sea).
  • Drive adoption and integration of automation technologies within the warehouse.
  • Ensure customs compliance, including duties, tariffs, and related regulations.
  • Act as the point of contact for client queries and relationship management.
  • Manage procurement processes and liaise with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers.

This is a strategic role ideal for a hands-on leader with strong people management skills and a deep understanding of international logistics, automation technologies, and data analytics. The successful candidate will support the warehouse’s operational performance while driving innovation, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • BCom or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience in warehouse/logistics with a strong track record in staff management
  • Experience in freight forwarding (sea & airfreight) highly advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee international logistics operations (Imports & Exports – Air and Sea)
  • Generate, analyse, and present analytical reports to management
  • Drive adoption and integration of automation technologies within the warehouse
  • Ensure customs compliance, including duties, tariffs, and related regulations
  • Act as the point of contact for client queries and relationship management
  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost analysis
  • Support strategic operations planning and execution
  • Manage procurement processes and liaise with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers

ERP & Tech Exposure

  • Working knowledge of Power BI and AI-based systems
  • Proficiency in ERP systems relevant to warehousing and logistics
