Job summary

Takealot invites a Logistics Management Graduate to join our Cape Town Head Office, contributing to the movement of return stock and hub operations. You will support daily duties across multiple business units within the Group.

The role focuses on data analysis, Zendesk ticket handling, and operational tasks, with exposure to Takealot, TFS and Mr D. A strong academic background in logistics is required for entry into this graduate programme.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the movement of return stock through the Takealot network.
• Manage aging returns.
• Manage assigned hubs to perform their daily duties.
• Complete assigned Zendesk tickets.
• Analyze data and provide feedback on key blockers.
• Manage sheet work tasks.
