Job Description:

• Export-sales orders, quotes, export instructions to forwarder and export docs processing, arrange pre-shipment inspections and collections of stock.
• Forwarder invoice processing and workflow processing.
• Maintain export register, export docs register.
• Creating shipment cost.
• Amending shipment cost.
• Send final invoice for payment.
• Manage and order stock.
• Customer payments and overdues.
• Customer statements.
• Sample ordering.
• QNS processing.
• Monthly sales and smog reports.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Refinery industries.
• Indepth knowledge of Export-Import rules and regulations with taxation rules and permits.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
