Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics is a plus.
• Previous experience in a logistics or administrative role, preferably within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and standard office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site operational environment.

• Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of goods.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including manifests, bills of lading, and customs forms.
• Liaise with carriers, transport providers, and warehouse staff to resolve any logistical issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and update the relevant systems accordingly.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring stock accuracy within the warehouse.
• Provide operational support to the logistics team and respond to inquiries from internal departments.
