Summary: Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in coordinating supply chain and transportation processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods while maintaining compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to customers
  2. Liaise with transporters, warehouses, and other service providers to manage logistics activities
  3. Track shipments and deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and resolve any transportation delays
  4. Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and inventory records
  5. Manage import/export processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  6. Communicate with internal departments to align delivery schedules with production and sales plans
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency
  8. Handle customer service queries related to logistics and delivery
Key Skills
