Overview

Internal liaison with marketing / finance dept. regarding order discussions / finalisation price checks.

Responsibilities

• Client liaison (including order discussions / finalisation price checks) importer-specific requirements & after sale service (order updates / breakage replacements / complaints) processing (Evolution) and facilitate coordination and execution with the team (Logistics Manager Assistant Operations Manager and drivers).
• For export orders communicate client specific requirements with operations team to ensure correct preparation of orders.
