Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fleet & technician scheduling: Scheduling fleet and technicians according to projects.
• Collaborate with fleet controller on service and maintenance of fleet.
• Update and maintain fleet and technician schedule according to operational requirements.
• Liaise with the health and safety department to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and technician training.
• Liaise with different departments on scheduling and projects.
• Manage drivers and allowances according to operational requirements.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards.
• Assist management with client report compilation and presentation.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics and Operations Manager.
