You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across various departments, with a focus on logistics, administration, and production support.
Logistics & General Administration
- Manage all courier activities (both local and international), including bookings, document origination, recons, and supplier interactions.
- Supplier job card and delivery document origination and printing.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all documentation (e.g. signed delivery notes, rejects register, sample return log) is accurately recorded and accessible.
- Support logistics with driver logs and trip sheet origination.
Inventory G Project Support
- Upkeep of Logistics C Operations project schedule and calendar.
- Handle Sales Order and Job Card document printing based on the project schedule.
- Tracking orders, ensuring timely delivery, and communicating with customers regarding order status.
- Assist with project tracking, deadline management, and resource booking for logistics and finishing teams.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of operations and finishing supplies - ordering items as needed.
Finishing Department Management
- Oversee end-to-end ǪC and finishing process including briefings, quality control checks, and troubleshooting for all finishing projects, ensuring compliance with SOPs, operational efficiency, and accuracy.
- Compile project brief / project job card and conduct project kick-off and briefing meetings with the Finishing team.
- Oversee packing according to distribution lists and delivery instructions.
- Manage finishing room stock control and housekeeping, ensuring effective communication and integration with the warehouse team.
- Training of finishing team as / when required on best practice, ways of working, and SOP guidelines.
- Day-to-day team management assisting the Logistics and Operations Manager.
- Reporting all people, quality, health, and safety incidents to the Logistics and Operations Manager.
- Process temp worker timesheets obtain documentation, management signoff, and submission to the finance department for payment on a timely basis.
- Handle general administrative duties, including obtaining POD documentation, scanning, and deployment to internal stakeholders.
